I put heated and cooled Laramie seats from a 13 up in my 12 express. Anyone know the pin out for the plugs? I got the power functioning but I'd love to get the heat and cooled working. I don't care about the OEM switches. I'll use toggle switches as far as that goes. Just need to know if the heated and cooled operates off 12v and which wire runs them.

The 12 is different. I'm not even sure that the 13 seats are compatible. Pretty much everything electronic changed in 2013, so it wouldn't surprise me if the 2012 and 2013 CSWM are different.

Unfortunatek, it doesn't work that way. You need the control system. It monitors the temperature and regulates the power to the heating elements. If you just connect power to them they're either going to burn up and open or catch your seat on fire. There's a reason why that controller exists.
