3.6 plug change

Ive searched over before asking this, but who here has done a plug change on the 3.6l v6 and what kind of tips and tricks can you offer before i tear into tuning up my truck...

i do know the upper intake manifold has to come off, but just looking for any advice from others who have gone after this

6.4 swapped
Loosen the lower portion of the support bracket on the left side. Replace intake gaskets. There are no brass inserts in the intake, so coarse thread screws straight into plastic--highly recommend hand tools (no air or electric) for removal & install. Intake torque is 89 in. Lbs. Other than that, pretty straight forward. Don't remember what plug gap is, I might be able to remember to check tomorrow

EDIT: gap is .043"
