Has anyone tried boosting the current gen RAM?

If so, which turboz did you go with? How much boost are you running? What are you using to monitor your temps, ATFs, etc? Single or dual? Turbo location?

Unfortunately, because you cant tune a 2012, it is next to impossible to run any kind of boost. Your best option for big power is nitrous.

Theres's a twin turbo 4th gen Ram.. I think he ran 12.1 one of his first times on the track with it. He built his own kit, I dont remember what size turbos though.

He's almost building a turbo set up for another 4th gen..

There are a few companies that sell supercharger kits for 4th gen rams
RIPP has a bolt on kit that fits '12s I believe

Absolutely. If you're going as far a boosting a stock engine, there's no benefit to trying to leave the limiting factor (PCM) stock. Swap/re-flash and give'er!

Well I'm coming from a 2010 speed3...so I guess I just need to hope for a tuner soon. However, which PCM should I be looking at if I were to consider it? 8lbs seems so low compared to 18lbs on those disi engines.

Don't think I want a supercharger, I am biased toward the benefits of a turbo...
