Intune2 won't tune truck

Trying to load a different tune on my truck and after I hit the tune button then it says to put truck in run position which I do but then it will say please wait and get stuck there. It will sit there for a while and finally reset the intune. I made sure it was up to date but still can't it to tune. Anyone have this issue or know of a solution?

Place it on a hard surface, then hit with 3 lb sledgehammer to reset....lol

Seen a guy with the same issue a couple of weeks ago and he called diablo and had to end up reseting the tuner

Going off memory there is a reset option in there somewhere. Ive seen it but im not sure how it works

you have to call diablo sport they can reset it over the phone good luck

Call Diablo, they'll walk you through it. You don't want to risk bricking your PCM...

Where did you buy your tuner? I bought mine from Moe's and trying to get ahold of DiabloSport is a joke. I'd try to get ahold of Matt at Moe's.

If i2 is not defective, someone has used another programmer in obd port.
This happened to me a month ago when I had another key fob programmed.
Could happen if taken to dealer for recall if stock tune is not reloaded.
Aftermarket electronics can cause this also.

I emailed DiabloSport, they sent files to load to i2 but ended up resetting keys on i2 & had to unlock & marry to pcm again.
I always had an issue with marring to pcm, takes forever with updates & failed reads.
Ended up putting i2 in refrigerator for 15 mins & place on top of ice pack while read, write, calibrate & update mode.
After it marries to pcm there are no more issues.

Update: got ahold of Diablosport and they sent me a update for the i2 which fixed the issue.
