So I am looking into making my 2014 sound like a truck. My question is I Still need the Fuel economy that the 8 speed and hemi get. Has everyone who went with the muffled 14 and 18 maintained, lost, gained economy at the pump? Also how is the Cab drone. My last truck a 6.0 Gm 1500HD with magnaflo had a mild drone that on long trips to the UP of michigan got old fast.

Dynomax pn 24250 to y pipe to factory duals with stock cats and resonators. I am very happy with the sound. Only $75 into it. They don't salt the roads around here so didn't find stainless necessary.

Some weird sound in the background but this is my custom muffler delete. $34 magnaflow y-pipe and $100 piping and welding at shop. Tips are straight and sounds awesome

does anybody have any sound clips of the Mufflex DOD14M in cabin. Im not worried about a lil drone especially if it can be covered by radio at a reasonable level but the wife gripping about it I cant handle on 8 hour trips to ABQ, NM

24 pages and I'm more confused than ever.
Mufflex delete is awesome but can't handle all day noise.
I liked the Magnaflow 40 but I want a plug/play set up.
Was originally going to go with a Mufflex 14 or 18 but I liked the Solo Mach 40 a bit more plus they provide assurance of not having any drone whereas Mufflex does not.
