Use distilled water, depending on how much you lost, the freeze point will raise. If your not expecting below freezing temps you'll be fine.

How much coolant did you lose?? Unless it was a large amount and you are afraid of over heating just pick up the proper coolant when you can and add it to the recovery tank. Adding water will not cause any issues, but as was already said distilled is recommended.

Always, always put shrouds back in place. They are there for a reason.

If you are sure it is the correct coolant you don't have to flush anything, just add to the overflow tank.

Looks like you got it all worked out.
Something that a lot of people don't seem to realize is that antifreeze doesn't just keep the coolant from freezing. It has lubricants in it for the bearings of the water pump & keeps the block, seals, & gaskets from corroding.
Buddy of mine at work took out his water pump from running nothing but water in it for too long. My brother did the opposite, thought more is better, & ran nothing but pure antifreeze & it ate up his head gasket. Most of the time there is a good reason to do what the manual says. :naughty:

The MOPAR part number on the jug from Amazon is OAT in the link you posted.
That part number is 68163849AB. You should be OK. 50/50 is what you normally use unless you have extremely cold weather.

Did the dealer sell you a jug? If so that part number should be in the bottom left of the label on the jug ( as it is in the link you posted ) . Having the part number is the only way to confirm the right stuff.
