That line is probably pressed into the pump. I don't really know that if you pull it out that you could get another one to seal in the pump. And if you mess the pump up when you buy a new one they might not give you full credit on the core charge. That's if it has a core charge on the new pump.

From the pic it looks like you might be able to replace it if you can find one.

Yank in out!
Then use aviation gasket sealant on it and jam it in there.
I also don't know if this will work. Worth a try?
Likely can't buy just the tube though. Buy some cooper and flare it?
