I really don't believe so. I'm pretty sure 4x4 use a coil over while 4x2 use spindles, coil springs and shocks (which is why you can't use bilstiens on 2wd)

I'd tend to agree with this....but I haven't looked at a 2wd Ram suspension in a while.

The frame is the same for the 4x2 and the 4x4 though. Damn good question. Welcome to Ram Forum.

Frame is not the same. SOrry, thats why its a pain in the ass to move from a 2wd to 4x4 even with all the parts off a truck.
As far as the front I doubt it, the rear shocks are the same types of mounts tho. IDK that anyone has ever tried.
