On my 2005 Ram 1500 as soon as the key is turned off the radio and electric windows cease to operate. On my other Dodge vehicles the radio and windows continue to operate for several minutes unless the door is opened. Does anyone know how to change this?

Not changeable. Your other Dodge vehicles are newer I'm guessing. This was not a feature on the 3rd gen Ram that I am aware of. Would have been nice to have tho!

I can't remember another Dodge that I've owned that didn't have it. My wife's Durango was a 2004 and it had it. My Rams prior to that I'm sure did to. I could be wrong but....... Even my old 2002 Ford F150 did.

The accessory dealy feature allows the interior items to remain "powered on" for a preset amount of time (I think the options are 1, 5 and 10 minutes) or until a door is opened. This is only after the engine has been on and then turned off and the key removed. In this circumstance, you can operate the windows, radio, wipers, etc until the time expires or you open a door. BullyDog can set this from 5 seconds to 60 minutes, where the dealer can only set up to 10 minutes.

That's what I'm talking about. This one shuts off immediately when the key is turned off. Is that an option or is something else going on?
