Hi Gang! Here's what I wanna do. DROP IT! Lower the Center O Gravity so I can drive this truck. I could research a ton of sites. I could spend hours looking at a computer screen. But I don't wanna. That's why I have you. :)

A 2/4 might not be enough. I don't sling mud (even though it looks fun as hell). My truck is a daily driver so a little lower might be OK. Tires and rims are stockers, 2WD, Reg/Short, Caltracs, Hellwig RSB.

Bring it.

BTW, I just De-Badged/shaved. Clay the paint this weekend.

my first question is..........is your truck 4x4 or 4x2.....if you are 4x4 you are limited to a 2/4 drop without getting into more involved work.

4X2. Some concerns I just thought of:

1. Will my Caltracs dig into the road/driveways if I flip it??
2. Do I have to keep my spare tire in the bed?

Go with a 4/6 at least. These trucks are SOOO tall stock.
A 2/4 drop will NOT satisfy the itch.

The cal-trac's should very rarely have any issues, they are lowest at the axle, which as you drive over things will be one of 2 highest points.

You will be fine. I have about 5.5" clearance from the ground to the lowest point of the rear mount plate. No scrape since putting the caltracs on 2 years ago.

Unless you have issues clearing the spare with the Hellwig then it will be fine.

Not sure on your tire size but from looking at your avatar i feel that maybe a little too tall for 4/6.

Only issue you are going to have with the caltracs is that your current axle mounting brackets will not work after you add the flip kit. You will need the flip kit specific brackets.

Otherwise, definatey drop it. What size tire are you running? 30-32', go with a 2/4. 30" or shorter, go with the 4/6.

I'm liking 4/6. I measured the heights of tires N wheel wells. I'm running 32 tires. The front well is 35 and the rear is 39. Does the math suggest a 3/6? Is there such a thing?

Is there a kit for me?

With a 32" tire, you are not gong to clear with a 4/6 drop. You will hit the fenders. You really need to step down to a 30" tire or shorter to pull that off.

Yeah I was goin to do a 3/6 soon, just get 2" drop coils and cut another inch off them for the front. The rear 6" drop stays the same. Will have to roll fenders as well

3/6 is a nice stance
I like it to be 3" more in back the front
I did my c notch yesterday so this weekend I'll be about 5/8 give or take a bit
Like she said you will need to roll fenders on stock rims
I'm on a 265/35/22 tire with a good offset so I didn't have to roll mine
