Can anyone give me some suggestions for front shocks on an 04 Ram 3500 4wd Dually? I know rancho and bils are the go to on the 1500's any suggestions for the 3500's?

Not looking to lift much or anything, I do plow so it will need to be able to handle some weight.

Thank you much

I know power stroke owners that run bills. Not sure why you couldn't do the same in a HD RAM.

How much money are you looking to spend? You could go Rancho, Bills, ICON, all the way up to KING.

The truck has 180,000 miles, not looking to sink a ton of money, just keep the truck handling right and going down the road. $100 a side or about

Bilstein 5100's shocks are okay, I had them on my 6.7 Cummins for about 3 years. I upgraded to the Fox shocks 2.0 reservoir, much better shocks than the Bilsteins. I have them on my 6.0 Powerstroke as well. My wife has the King off road shocks on all 4 corners on her 06 5.9 Cummins, they are very expensive but the comfort is amazing. What would help is changing the front coil springs, after awhile the stock ones start to sag after a while. I have the Kore set up the VR coils, they are great coil springs, and can handle the abuse.

When I do a search for what fits my application, it shows the 4600 Heavy Duty, I know most people are using the 5100's, any insight on this, is one better than the other, will both work on my application?

From what I have gathered the 4600 are their HD line designed for stock height trucks and will provide a firmer ride. The 5100's are designed for lifted applications and will provide a slightly softer ride.
