22 ram 3500 radio reception is horrible

i look through the posts but i did not see anything newer than 2014 with this issue. I have a 2022 ram 3500 radio reception is horrible. I have had at dealer 3 times. first they said needed update they did that . Next time they said could not find anything wrong. Third time i was told something was wrong and it needed to be replaced. They replaced it and the new radio had same issue, so they ordered another one. Not sure what was wrong with the radio that was taken out but this one STILL has HORRIBLE reception. They checked antenna ground everything was fine they said. i have another 2022 1500 and a 2019 1500 i can set side by side and the 1500's have clear reception but the 3500 nothing but static. the 3500 has a 10in screen the 1500's have 12"
Any ideas on way to go next?

Never heard of a 10" factory screen. I thought the options were 5", 8.4" and 12"?

Anyway, FWIW, my 22 2500 with the 12" screen has great radio reception. If replacing the system didn't fix it, you'd think replacing the antenna would be the next logical thing to do.

There isn't much to it, the radio has the receiver and you have a cable and an antenna. So if they have replaced all of that there isn't much else to do? Maybe it's interference? Have you added anything to the truck? Changed to LED bulbs anywhere?

They should be checking the antenna and all of it's connections to the antenna mast.

we use my truck for travel and also for towing our 5th wheel so I have sirius and dont listen to regular radio but the few times I did, it sounded fine.
