Thinking about getting a set of them white led strips that are like ten inches long or so, and putting them down on each side of my air dam to give it the front more of a modern factory look that it never had but, I need to know how to hook them up and make them work like factory.

How do you do that? What all do they do when they come as factory? I know that they'll each turn off individually on the appropriate side as to not interfere with the visibility of the turn signals but, are they always on unless while idling?

I'd still like a switch just in case I wanted to turn them off but, I don't wanna have to remember to turn them on each time either.

Sounds too modern for out third gens. Not the lights themselves, but the coming on by themselves, etc. Easiest way would to have them hooked to something that comes on with the ignition, but with a manual cut off I guess.

Not sure how to do that since I don't do electrical, but maybe it's a start for you lol

I know they make replacement, aftermarket headlights that are projector, and all that fancy stuff with the halos, and basically the same thing with the white LED's in them. I wonder how those all hook up?
