I know this topic has been hit on once or twice, but I really didn't find the answer I was looking for. Superbright LEDs lists 44 mm long bulbs, but ebay has tons of 42 mm listed, in all colors. And the can bus is unaffected by the addition of leds on the 06s, correct? I put on led tag lights and have no problems so far. I was thinking of doing a blue in my dome and white in the map lights. Does anyone have pictures of the illumination at night?

i think i went with the super bright led 44mm festoon bulbs and if im not mistaking they are a bit to big i remember thinking i should have gotten the 40s or 42s. as far as ebay bulbs they are fine i have a bunch of different bulbs sitting around i got on ebay. be warn thought you will have to add resistors into the circuit n order to prevent flickering and dimly lit lights.

i have blue lights all the way around and they do really well with lighting up the cab.

I just ordered a set off ebay. white 42mm LED. I should get them in a day or so. I'll put them in and let you know how they look. I'll try to take some photos for ya too.

Ok here's an update with my LED dome/map light swap. I ordered white 42mm LED's from ebay. I love them! below are some pics of install. It's really easy and makes a world of a difference. I would not go any bigger then 42mm. 42mm was kind of tight, but still fit. 40mm-42mm should work. If you put the LED in and it does not come on turn it 180 degress and it should work. I bought four just incase one didn't work and I have an extra but you only need three. Ohh and it only cost me $3.00 with free shipping.
