technically the dealer has to do it, But I called up tech support. Acted professional and used all the correct lingo. They must have thought I was the dealer. After they walked me through the process they asked me for my dealership number.Boomer- can I do reset or does dealer have to do it?
Has anyone since the post in 2013 had the vehicle phone needs service message? I took my 2015 Ram 1500 in to dealer for warranty fix on it. They ordered a cell antenna and replaced it and said it was fixed. But as soon as I started it to leave the message popped up again. I drove right back into the service dept. and showed it to the service advisor. Now I am waiting for them to have a talk with the service tech and research it. The code said it was a cell antenna short to ground. Do you think anyone checks their work anymore?
