Stupid question, but are you sure it's the camera itself? Checked fuses etc?

Open your tailgate , remove the large panel then two screws and a small connector .
Remove the camera and Google the p/n I've seen new ones on ebay for 40 -60 $$ the two letters on the end of the p/n doesn't matter .

Moisture kills these cameras sometimes.

Is this a factory install , or added on later ? If later the warranty starts when it was installed .

I'd still check the fuse ... #95 or 96 I think .
If the camera signal died , I'd expect a black screen .

Hope this helps !

Mine went dead a while back. Just a gray screen. It came back when I disconnected the battery . Try that first. I already checked all my connections long time before I did the battery thing. I went weeks with no camera. It was unrelated issue why I did the battery. It was just a bonus

Check the connector between the tail gate and truck bed. Some cases the pins get oxidation and stop conducting, just connect/disconnect a few times. Also check the one inside the tail near the handle.

This has worked for a few people.
