Dball 2 auto start install

Anyone live in or near Monroe Michigan 48162? I got the dball plug and play for my 13 ram express. Can't make it work. Not very computer savvy. Willing to pay someone to help make it work. Or I'm going to make appointment at the dealer for oem install. Which will be hard on the check book.

I actually had a bit of a time making heads or tails of the instructions. Then I just started plugging stuff in. The programming portion of the instructions made it seem overly complicated but in the end it took about 10 minutes.

What are your issues?

A friend recommended a guy he uses. He does it on the side . At his house. Told me 35$ getting it done Monday morning.
