I love my radio

This happened before, a few months ago. Dealership "fixed" it.

Works in accessory, soon as I crank it...blank screen and no jams on my way home. Will probably work again in a day or two...but damn...

Happens at leat once every month or 2 and stays like that for 2-3 days.. then magically starts working again.

Are you able to make it to your dealership on one of the days when you experience the concern with your radio, so they can get a better idea of specifically what is happening? That might be the best way for them to diagnose and resolve this for you. Let me know if I can provide any follow up or assist further.

First thing I'd do is update the software .

Go to www.uconnect.com
Plug in your 17 digit vin# and see if there's an available update .

It's free , just have a NEW 4gig thumb drive to install the update to .
I highly suggest printing the instructions on how to install it via the USB in your console . It's pretty spacific . Takes about 20 mins .

I had the non touchscreen RA1 originally , I upgraded to the RA25.0" you have , then I uprated again to the RA4 8.4NA.
Your 2015 should have the 7 speed blower motor , I suggest upgrading to the RA4 8.4NA Radio , you'll love it !
It's simple .

But first I'd update the software in your RA2 , if there's one available.
Or go to the dealer and have the replace your RA2 , just so you can sell it to help offset the cost of upgrading to the RA4 8.4NA

Im over the 36k warranty..

Dont know if it matters that they "fixed" it before or not?

The dealership wont even look at my truck.. it'll be "we're booked for the next two weeks, lets go ahead and schedule that for you... oh yea, you will also need a rental car for a week, no telling how long it'll take us... will have to get the truck in and look at it first (2 days later) before we order the parts (that take another 3 days).. then install them after you call us 4 times, after a week."

I love it.

Going to be putting this truck up for sale really soon anyways.

It's working again today..
