Ok so to start off I have a 13 ram bighorn with hemi 5.7. The other day I started having issues with the radio. Factory 8.4an with nav. Well the touchscreen became unresponsive. No volume but the volume bar would go up and down on the screen but no sound. Touchscreen wouldn't do anything as far as changing stations or anything. Almost like it froze up. When I first start the truck it takes longer to boot and sometimes seems to hang up on the warning screen. Backup cam will not come up on screen when this happens. Then the other day I noticed the evic was not on when I started the truck. I have the full screen 7in in this truck. It was like it wasn't turning on at all. All of these issues don't happen every time I get in it just about 1/5 times onlver the past two weeks. Well yesterday I went out and moved the truck in the driveway and went back in the house. Came out later and truck wouldn't start (dead battery). Let it sit another hour and went back out to mess with it and it very very slowly cranked over but fired up. Let it run for a couple min and turned off then restarted. Seemed to start fine. Took it up to autozone to have them check battery and alternator. Told me both are good. To double check when to another parts store and they checked the system. Their tester showed batter bad and starter bad. At this point I'm stumped. Any ideas??

Could be low voltage due to a bad battery but before I'd buy a new one, be sure the battery contacts and ground connections are all solid and not corroded. Does the alternator show charge also.

Electronics don't like low voltage and it's not uncommon for a battery to show up bad in a few years.

I had both autozone and orilieys check the system and both said alternator was fine.
