I bought a 2016 1500 CC on February 8. It has the Uconnect. When I activated it I was told that my truck was activated on November 11, 2016 with 462 mile when activated. Now I bought the truck as a Dealer Demo so the miles don't matter so much but the 3 months of Uconnect does some what bother me. Can the dealer activate Uconnect before it is sold or was my truck sold twice? It was sold to me as a "new never titled" truck. Just wondering. I love my truck by the way!!

Being a demo there is a good chance they activated it prior to the sale.

I know with Sirius they can activate it before sale but when you buy the truck they forward the info to Sirius and your subscription starts then. If ask the dealer

just contact the dealer/salesperson they probably can get the 3 months added on for you.

I bought my truck used... Sirius still activated the radio like it was new... then bugged me with phone calls and letters for 2 months trying to get me to subscribe. I mean like 50 phone calls in 2 months...

I don't need it. Sirius is nice if you want it...I have had it before, but now I don't want it.

Only 2 months? I bought my truck in July, still getting 2-3 letters a month asking me to subscribe. Luckily they don't have my phone number though.
