Yup, me too...!
Twice I lost all 12.
Here's the weird part: I did 8 presets this time, as I didn't get around to the other 4, and guess what? It's been fine for a few weeks now.
2015 CC Laramie as well...

I would recommend entering your VIN here to check for any software updates for your Uconnect system: https://www.driveuconnect.com/software-update/. If there aren't any updates available or if the update doesn't solve your concern please let me know and I'd be happy to look into this further for you!

Plus 1 on this advise. I had the same issue about a month ago. Andrea recommended this and it was just what the doctor order. No issues since the update.
