I upgraded my RES w/uconnect radio to an RBZ touchscreen.
The unit was manufactured in September 2009.
It came with firmware version 06.06.01 which I upgraded to 08.05.01
Everything functions fine, including the EVIC screen.
The only problem is the splashscreen is the Chrysler logo.
After disconnecting the battery a few times to reset the computer and several starting cycles, I think the only option left is to have the computer flashed at the dealer.
Before I pay to have this done, will it actually work?
and is there anything else I can try?
