I have a 2013 Tradesman. I wanted to upgrade the radio and Uconnect but I was very concerned that I was not qualified to do the upgrade. I took a chance and ordered a very expensive 8.4 upgrade from infotainment.com. I also ordered a tailgate camera. I spent 4 days on the installation and everything worked except the HVAC fan. A call to Infotainment determined the original order included the wrong HVAC module and resistor. They immediately shipped the correct components at no charge and that solved the problem. I am pleased with all the new features including the NAV, Climate, and phone. My only complaint is the rear view camera can not be accessed while driving. But it is really great when in reverse. Overall I would recommend Infotainment. Their devices including wire harnesses are high quality but expensive.
