none of my tali lights or third light are working can someone please help it would be greatly appreciated.

No magic pill here. Check fuses and common connection points. May need to find a schematic and go from there.
If electrical troubleshooting is not your thing, find a friend or family member that can help you as most advice on the internet will have you stabbing at when a methodical process from front to back is needed.

Check the brake light switch right above the brake pedal. If that switch goes bad you will have those exact symptoms...

I think it's the fuse, otherwise, some of them should work, not all of them
