I have a 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 that is in need of a passenger side sway bar link. I plan on doing both links though just to get it out of the way. Hoever, my truck has a 5" Tuff Country suspension lift kit on it. My question is, can I buy the OEM links, or do I need aftermarket ones because of the lift kit?? Any help would be appreciated...thanks!

From what I can find online, the tuff country kit uses coil spring spacers and longer control arms to achieve the lift...I would think that the sway bar links remain stock.

If you can, take a pic of your current end links on the truck and post them up. I'll compare them to mine and check what we offer at work

Those look like factory sway links to me. I'll post up a pic and some measurements of mine off a '97 so you can compare the two

Thanks for takin those pics. How come mine didnt come up as big as yours were?

The measurement is about 6 1/2" to 7" from the top of the link to the bottom. I couldnt really get a more exact measurement bc the ground was all mud and I couldnt really get under there too good lol

I just uploaded the pics from my phone to photobucket then used the img tags to post them up here. I completely forgot to measure mine but now that I look at my pics, it's about time to replace mine too lol
