Install hells bent steel sway bar drop and the more I look at it the more it seems like it was too large of a drop for the lift I installed. The sway bar is at an angle when truck is sitting on flat ground. Thoughts?

I'd pull them out. Keep them for later, you'll need them when you lift higher ;)

Out, must remove them now. Put them on the shelf or sell them.

Can't tell the level of sarcasm in this sentence :3681700201_eef6d1e2

I read that I run a chance of bending my sway bar without them with the 2.5" lift...?

I have a stock sway bar without a drop kit on a 3in spacer with no issues. I don't know what the harm would be for running too much drop set up like that but if merc thinks it's a bad idea, I would chuck those suckers on a shelve.

No messing around take them out of there. It will bend, it is not set in the proper geromitey, it will bind up flexing, handling will be less effective.

Thanks man! Your experience has yet again kept me from running into trouble. Thanks!

I'll take it off today and post up some pics to make sure it looks right
