The hinge pin on my driver side door is wearing down and making the door uneven when I open/close the door. Is that a very hard fix if I just order the part?

Thanks in advance

To do the pins aren't hard but they are a pain in the ass. For some reason dodge decided to make it where you have to get to some of the bolts behind the dash. You, a friend, and a floor jack/w some wood on it can get it done in a couple hours.

Heh, for me it's not the pins, it's the spring.

For my truck its the pin, the spring, and the hinge! And I read wrong. If you just need the pins its quite easy with a jack and a friend. Cut the pin in half get it out and then put in the new one. But make sure that your hole in the hinge isn't egged out.

I have one in my storage pocket in my door. My hinge and pins are wore out that it always over extends and pops out. LOL

They make a spring compressor tool for door springs because you have to take it out to do the pins also.
