Here's the deal,
I've installed alarms before, and tried installing on in my 98 ram.
I got the wiring list from here 2000 Dodge Ram Pickup Alarm, Remote Starter, Keyless Entry Wire Colors
as well as other sources and they are the same.
I also stumbled upon this forum:

When i hooked it up, the doors won't lock or unlock when activating the alarm or even turning the truck on and off.
I could not the wires where they were supposed to be located (white 10 pin harness behind the kick panel)
I tracked them down from the door, and accessed them in the wire cluster coming from the door.
I read another forum from 12volt.com (can't find the link) another guy had a similar problem and they suggested he hook them up through 2 separate relays. Because of where I accessed the wires, there is no room for be to get my hands up there to hook them up to relays.
anyways, has anyone else installed an alarm with door locks and had this issue? anyone friends with car alarm installers?
