Apply a coating like McKees 37 Hydro Blue. This brand is found at Autogeek and Autopia

Here are the basics:
Wash--2 bucket method
Clay bar
polish
Seal
Wax
If you got lots of money you can have it ceramic coated, or you can do it yourself. Autopia and autogeek are your friends when deciding on products to use. You'll get a thousand recommendations here on products. It's kinda like asking a group of guys, "what is the best beer"? We all got our favorites. After a while you'll be able to separate the good information from the ------- less good.

Congrats on your new truck!
Like mentioned I would Clay, polish (if needed) then either apply a sealant or a coating.

^^^^^ Although I do not use the Adams products, they are an excellent vendor on this site and always give accurate information. Their products deserve a good look.

Follow PullYa's suggestion. I washed (foam gun & 2 bucket), clayed, polished, glazed, and sealed my truck after about a month of driving it and what a difference. Plenty of options in brands I personally suggest Chemical Guys but any route you go just go with all the same brand so you know all of your product works well together. Enjoy the new truck!
