I picked up the boat today and decided to swing into the CAT scales real quick and see what everything weighed. First, I weighed the truck and boat together and then the truck by itself.

Truck: 7300 lbs (~7100 lbs without me)
Boat: 3460 lbs
Total: 10,760 lbs

When I did the total weight they showed my steer axle as 7600 lbs and my trailer axle as 3160 lbs, so my boat has about 300 lbs of tongue weight. Once I toss in my ATV and other crap in the bed I've got about 1200 lbs in the bed and on the hitch, which drops me about 2".

If you take away my bed cover, recovery gear, and other miscellaneous crap in the truck, it probably comes in around 6900 lbs stock with a full tank of gas. I had about a 3/4 tank when I weighed in.

And here's a couple of pics with everything loaded down for the weekend. The weights above don't include my ATV, which is another 800 lbs. Fully loaded down for the weekend, I'm probably around 12k lbs.

And with the Hemi pulling and the 2500 suspension, you probably feel empty!

Your total weight is less then the trailer I pull lol
That sure does look like a good weekend!
I bet the 4:56 gears really help out

I'm always curious about actual weights, I like to stay within weight ratings
I have a guess of what the 05 weighs but would like to know for sure
My f350 dump truck was 9400 empty and the skid steer I pull weighs 9,500 and the trailer is somewhere around 3,500 pounds

is that the stock suspension in the rear or do you have air bags? Asking due to the very little squat you have with a quad and the boat trailer hooked up.

Lol...a feather falls in a the back of a 1500 and it squats.

Comically enough, your whole setup was what I once pulled with my 85 Chevy... Even got to take the whole rig 4 wheeling when some ******* in a Dodge cut off the semi in front of me and he smoked his brakes trying to stop lol. I would have only hit him at about 5 mph, but I figured that weighing that much it still would have put his bumper into my cab. I rolled across the scales at 26,660 lbs... I may or may not have been slightly overloaded...

Well, the trailer brakes did most of the work, tandem axle dually trailer and I locked up all 12 tires (briefly in the truck lol) until my rear end started getting too squirrely(?)

I will say I prefer discs (of course), but those old trucks had such huge drums, and wide that when well maintained they worked pretty well as long as they weren't getting super hot like when you come down a pass or something.

The motor in the truck was pretty heavily modified, it put down just over 400rwhp, and pulled the trailer as well as my dad's 05 CTD (mostly stock just a tuner). The Chev was originally a gift to me cuz he liked his newer trucks better, then he ended up jealous of everything except my gas mileage.

This new ram in my sig is the replacement, and I miss the power I had in the Chev lol, but most of the rest is a lot nicer...

It was definitley a good weekend. I've pulled this same load with my 2010 1500 and the 2500 with the new 6 speed and 4.56 gears does a ton better. And I get about the same MPG as the old truck, which is about 10 mpg...

The bumpers were on the first to do mod list before I even picked the truck up. I didn't want chrome at all. Best $200 I've spent in a long time.

My Cat is also a 550, and looks identical to yours, when it's clean... It's been a great ATV, I am currently at 31 hours and about 290 miles so far...
