Intermittent Wiper Multiple wipe Fix
you need to remove wiper arms and the wiper cowl there is a small screw in each end of the cowl and some plastic push in clips across front side of the cowl once cowl is removed theres three 10mm bolts in wiper motor one closest to firewall two in upper backside of wiper motor remove the three bolts and the one 12mm nut holding the wiper linkage arm to motor remove it as well now unplug the electrical connector from motor and remove motor then the black plastic cover that's on motor release the 5 tabs that holds cover then remove the cover you will see two spring contacts some contacts on cover remove all the white grease that's on both cover and spring contacts save some of the clean grease on a Q tip to put back on now with some very fine sand papper 300 or 600 grit lightly sand down the contacts on cover then reapply some of the grease back on cover light coat and a little dab on each spring contact then reinstall cover
NOTE Make Sure When Doing This Don't Let The Gear Come Out of the housing
Now Reinsatll Motor plug Electrical connector Back Up And Install The 3 10mm Bolts Back On motor not the arm bolt just yet after motor has been remounted turn on wipers to the highest Intermittent setting let the motor Cycle A Few Times it should be working correctly now. Now you can turn them off with wiper switch first before turn Ignition Switch off this makes sure that wipers will be in the parked position now you can Reinstall the wiper Linkage arm the arm should point straight horizontal to driver side before tightening down the nut now you can Reinstall The Cowl And Wiper Arms it may take a couple of times setting wiper arm back on wiper arm studs Position Wiper Arms so they park about 1 Inch From Bottom of windshield
This took me like Between 30 to 45 min to do and they work right now
Sorry No Pics Was Not thinking About that at the time sorry
