A lot of older/country people around here (It's a truck forum, duh!), so they will not like anything that's not off road with big tires and that's cool. What I don't get is the ones adding the 'looks stupid' or 'that is dumb' to their statement. Society sucks smh.

I like them, was thinking of 24 Ballers or 22 SRTs (or similar) with a little thicker tires.

I like the ballers a lot, just wish they made them in 22s for our bolt pattern. I don't want 24s.

Because I do think they're dumb.

I just don't picture a ram or any truck for that matter looking like that. It's dumb.

Who said anything about mud tires and being a pavement princess? He posted giant ugly rims and wanted to know what people thought. I wouldn't have even commented, but he wants people's opinions, so I gave mine.

Because I do think they're dumb.

8 posts in and you are talking **** already? Learn some manners.

Reading in between the lines of some of these posts made me lol.

I think most of the decent is due to a generational gap, or the environment you were raised in. It's like clothes and fashion. Tastes will differ depending on the criteria I mentioned above....and that's where stereotypes come from.

A lot of old fart heads on this forum I guess. lol

Sorry we all ain't a huge fan of 4x4 rims and expensive ass all terrain tires that will never see dirt.. lol

I've seen some ugly chrome rims. Those at least are simple clean 5 spoke, plus that Blue streak is awesome.
There is a whole lowered forum in every generation that says different. While I'm not a fan of donking a pickup, a mild static drop or a full bagged and tucked truck can pull off giant rims.

This just looks like an old man wearing high water pants.

Different strokes for different folks. Those tires came with a Tupac cd, my 37s came with a Clint black. Speaking of which, I need to check out the audio section. Been a member of ramforumz for bout 3 years, it's dead.

What I find funny is you don't see anyone bashing threads of 4x4 rims/tires.
I guarantee if somebody did it would be a **** and also guarantee a lot more people would be upset about it.

Yup, everyone has opinions. I understand.
Like I said, I have seen a lot worse done to a Ram.

Don't get smart... There is a difference between voicing an opinion and throwing insults.

I said I didn't like it, then other guys didn't like my response and started throwing it off track. Are you the forum dad?

Gassersarentdead,

I have to agree with DavidRam on this one. You, like all others on this site, are entitled to your thoughts and ideas on a subject. Members of this site can also express those opinions via postings. However, we do not need to use terms that appear on the surface to be demeaning. There is a reason that forum that ends with a 'Z' is dying.

Having said that, I do not like the look of the OP's truck with those wheels. But, it is not my truck. If the OP likes the look, that is all that matters.

It is all that matters, he asked for opinions though. I don't and won't sugarcoat anything.

Dude, you are not getting the point. Yea I know it is your opinion, but it's just not right for me to go to your thread saying, lifted truck!? you must have a little d!ck. Not that I would say that because I actually think lifted truck look good as well, but you get the point? Yea, you can say whatever the f you want, but why be an ******* about it? But whatever makes you happy, yo.

When someone says tell me what you think, what do you say? I say what I think. I know these forums are awesome for advice, but sounds like there is some softies here.

It's not your opinion on the matter that comes off as offensive, but instead your choice words. Calling it "dumb" is a pretty rude way of expressing that opinion.

I'll be honest, I'm not a huge fan of it, but I feel like it's common courtesy to respect the styles of others. This goes for anything. He didn't put the wheels on your truck, did he? It's not that big of a deal. All I'm trying to say is that you should have been more polite when voicing your thoughts.
