Yall seeing this? There is an extra connector on this harness. The extra harness has the front speakers hooked up. Hence why those and my tweeters don't work. It's not my headunit. So my question is, is there anyway i can keep all my speakers working together. Yes you are also seeing correct the guy didn't get the plastic connectors to crimp the wires together instead he wired them together and electrical tape. I'm wondering is that why the passenger side speakers weren't working?

Go buy the 2 flat plug version. Do some Dodge trucks with the special stereo system have speakers wire to an amp that's what the black plug is for

The wires for my tweeters were messed up so I ran my own wires through my dash and spliced them in with FL and FR speaker wires

My wiring is all good! Only thing I fear is the ground because it's not taped up it's exposed. But my front speakers don't work and the tweeters. When before the driver's side front speaker and tweeter worked.

Okay I just reread your original post and see what you're saying. Yeah I would just go buy the normal 2 plug metra harness. Also if you have the infinity package make sure you give switched power to the amps. I remember it's labelled wrong in the wiring harness diagrams. Can't remember which wire it is though..
As for your ground being exposed. Well yeah it would be best to fix that. But what's the worst that can happen, your ground wire short to ground? Lol.

SO i pull the A pillar off. And I see the infinity tag for the tweeters. It's my amps not hooked up! I wondered why my speakers looked like the ones in my Lincoln with the JBL audio.

Fairly sure only infinity trucks came with the tweeters lol. But I don't think the tweeters are powered by the amps. Just the front door speakers are

Unless the guy who owned it tied them into the front speakers. But I'm using will's pic as a reference. My 6x9s looked like that ad70648cd3db29ef430b12b7d83261a5.jpg

Got in the truck this morning to go to work and my trans temp gauge was reading 270 even with the key off and was stuck on green.

No response from buttons. And my P1740 had magically cleared itself. No light no code stored. Wondering if the ****** got struck by lightning.

New hitch setup for the pull tomorrow arrived. Factor 55 HitchLink 2.0 rated at like 51,000lbs on pull and 9500lbs of trailer or something. Basic clevis shackle. Should do fine but I'm not happy about the look. WAY too shiny and pretty and scuffing it is gonna kill a little piece of me. Pic doesn't do it justice.

New pedestals for the Harland Sharps arrived as well so those will be going in soon.

That's odd...this week the little light on the inside of my trans temp gauge started flashing and hasn't stopped. And now it won't clear my peak.

Got my infinity system working thanks to william! Plus the people that gave me info here thank you. Videos are on my snapchat. I come to conclusion that my passenger side amp doesn't work. No sound from the speaker or tweeter. Is there any replacements for that amp? That anyone knows of?

Last night i hooked up to a pulling sled for the first time. Honestly one of the most nerve racking, aggravating, and absolute funnest things I've ever done. I was nervous as all hell because i had no experienceand didn't want to break anything, aggravating because i could've done a decent amount better i think, and just plain fun.

Out of 6 trucks i got 3rd at 191.84ft getting beaten by a 90s 5.7 Chevy at 195.something and a 77-79ish Ford with a blown 351 who got first set 210.something BUT was technically supposed to be in a different class. I was pretty pissed because i never got above 3000rpm in 1st gear 4-low. It pulled the sled fine but just couldn't build quick enough. Factory engine I'd have done awesome but with M1 instead of kegger and the size of tb i have i don't make **** for power below 3000. By the time it bogged i was just about to start my powerband. Talked to the guy with the Chevy and he broke 4500rpm lol. I did have awesome traction though.

So now that I've bored you with a book, here's the video i was able to get.
