I’ve got question
I’ve got a 2014 with the standard 3.5 inch cluster
I want to upgrade to the 7 inch but I have upgraded to the UAs
Which I absolutely love
I’ve got my eye on a limited cluster out of a 2015 my question is on the tpms and The Uas read out on the radio
Satellite radio and stuff
I could also get a standard one with the 7 inch screen From 2017

I spent last evening checking things out. The part number is: 68274731AE. However, my 2017 had the same part number, but the manufacturer date was 5/17. The one I installed had a manufacture date of 5/18, so make sure you get a 2018 or newer manufacture date of that part number camera...

With the new camera do you get the close "hitch" view, or just the normal backup camera like before? I know the new 1500s you can zoom into the hitch not sure if that was a feature with these Panasonic units.

I am still struggling with CarPlay GPS accuracy. Looks like my UAS is running software version 19.07.35 and App version NN-CAN-ASO-8.4-JR-29.2.0-20190213-J0H2.

Does anyone know what the latest firmware is for the Panasonic UAS?

Your application version appears to be v29.2.0 ? (Vs 22.6)
Is your truck a 4th gen or 5th gen?
Are you running a USA UAS radio Canadian?
Does your radio PN end in xxxxx635Ax ?
(Is it from a ram or Jeep vehicle?)

Thanks to chri5k I was able to update my 19 Canada caq to 28.00 firmware works great and changed some things .I can now say change to track # on the cd like a ra4 before the caq wouldn't. changed the source menu also and no boot screen the radio just just comes right on.

rudey,he has a link posted in one of the uaq post.click the thread link and it will have a link to a storage server and a name and pass word click that link and enter the name and password and you can download the files.its easy to overlook the name and password thats what i did and it was right in front of my eyes.

after a little sleep i now have a boot sreen.radio reception seems to be improved also over application 22.5.and this radio has a 2019 manufacture date.so if you have a ram classic i can verify the ram classic uas will load the 18 22.6 application.and since my 19 caq took the 18 28.3 i would almost bet a 19 classic uaq would take the 18 22.6 apllication also.

Seller claims it's a UAS. I see that it's 6833xxxx which means its Canadian (which is perfect since I have a Canadian truck)

edit: never mind, looks like a non-ram model upon research.

Here you go it is in the Uconnect8.4 directory under Panasonic. They also have the 21.6 update which might have maps in it since it is over 9GB. I didn't download it since it is not for my US radio.

With the new camera, you have the backup view. It is perfect for hooking up a hitch.

Hey guys, just joined this Forum to get some info on upgrading my factory uConnect.

I want to go to the 8.4 inch with Apple Car Play. Is there a recommended method on acquiring the parts i need from start to finish? Sorry if i got lost in this thread.

I understand i need the Head Unit, Dash Kit and possibly USB hub. Can someone point me in the right direction on parts? Can i order them all from a local dealership or is there a preferred site / company. I am located in Canada so hopefully someone without having to pay duty.

So you have the "+" in the top left hand corner to "zoom in"?
