Yes ideas.... I have modified 5 vehicles for off road and I had a few regrets along the way. I wanted to be methodical in my thought process before I clear 10k again (in mods in just 5 months this time)I've just about completed all the mods on my '19 that I'm planning on. They are:
At this point I can't really think of anything else I want to do (although I'm watching this thread for ideas).
- BakFlip MX4 bed cover
- Magnaflow catback exhaust system
- Amp research power steps (I'm tackling that install over the holidays)
- Factor55 Ultrahook and receiver shackle mount
- Tinted front windows
I'm placing an order for one after the holidays. They've been on backorder for awhile but I'm gonna go ahead and order one anywayhttps://www.ramforum.com/threads/dethloff-skid-plate.136922/
I found this thread for earlier this year and this skid plate you are talking about had a lot of good feed back.

I hope not to have waste coin on this one, so that’s why I created this tread.
If you got a Christmas Bonus and you set aside $10,000 to modify your Power Wagon and it was completely stock but a loaded 19, what would you do?
10k goes quick so keep that in mind and don’t go over budget. For sake of the thread relevance, it needs to be a PW
I will go first:
37” tires $1500
Sliders $1200
DiamondBack cover with headache rack $2350
Switch Pro $550
Lights:
Vision X plus hood mount $450
Bull bar and VisionX (2 pair) $1100
Ridged rear lights $200
Rock light $175
Tazer $300
Pedal commander $250
few dollars left over.
Come on Lucy, I know you thing is HP and you like to go fast. So mod it up with Performance parts. Their are plenty of PWs that never go off road, so some street mods would be relevant.YOU CRAZY !! WTF
I like your style... Throw me some price tags on there so I can see how much coin your mods would need.suspension first! then tires/wheels!
but really, the order of my signature if offroad drive ability is a concern.
Kill Switch and Locker Bypass for the most VALUE=$$...if you like to party
Think about 10K on your first day of retirement. You are right I do love HP but having my home paid for was lot more important than going fast. What’s your thoughts on my reply since I 72??? Everyone has to stop sometime. Good old days are still with me tho. LOLCome on Lucy, I know you thing is HP and you like to go fast. So mod it up with Performance parts. Obviously not everyone has a 2019 PW or got a Christmas bonus in excess of 10 K nor would everyone put that much on to a new $62,000 truck. This thread is more for those of us that do and would glean from your experience if you play along.Think about 10K on your first day of retirement. Glad you do. By the way I could do more than that if I chose to. I am also very happy that there are folks like you and him are having fun. I have thought about a super charger for my 3.6. How much does a good tune cost and without any engine mods is it worth it?skip the pedal commander and tune it, change out the mds cam as well.
Whose putting a center counsel in their 19?@56PW17 you’re going to spend 10k on the 19 getting the center console installed or your biggest beef was the towing ability? I know you tow that big trailer.
If you play along with the tread, would you mod it for work?
Super Charger would be awesome I only have experience with turbo chargers. I haven’t owned a supercharger before but it’s on the bucket list.Glad you do. He just did a nice write up on one in a 2017. So I was asking if it went well, would he do it again?Whose putting a center counsel in their 19?

Years ago I had one on my 8.1 big block. 1042 lbs of torque. It was too much for my 6 speed in my truck. 6 clutches over 3 years. $750 every time. But a lot of fun was had. I also had a 1988 911 Turbo. A super charger is more fun to me. Look my name up on the internet. Ken Harrison classic car radios. That was my company before I retired. So you see I have been there done that. LOL AGAIN.Super Charger would be awesome I only have experience with turbo chargers. I haven’t owned a supercharger before but it’s on the bucket list.
