Update ..exhaust manifold is going in tonight , air intake manifold and **** injection next week
and ....

Well scratched the 100HP sticks and went with a set of 120's

Go big or go home .

Also ordered a new cummins industrial valve cover .. here is a pic .. and when I say industrial I mean .. no dodge markings , these are what come on 24v non dodge related products like semi trucks ect ..

I bet you can't get the exhaust side of the turbos to match it...

Nah , just the exhaust manifold and air , plus the cover .. thats plenty red

That valve cover began life as a Marine Cover and was only available as such.
It wasn't until recently that it began showing up on Non-marine applications.
Most all 24V industrial application have the Black or Silver valve covers on them.

I will never do this again .... what a PITA to get bolts lined up all in a row , and not to mention the underside turbo bolts .. I didnt remember them being that much of a pain when I installed the turbo . But ..... that job done .
Couldnt really test the gains or anything because last night it was icy roads and I had a freeakin migraine and just wanted to lay down .

If you think lining those bolts were a PIA you should try the same thing and line up a set of twins.I hate taking them apart and can second your migraine.

I have got to take mine apart a second time now as I have a ATS manifold that is cracked and leaking.So while its apart and down to do my SS Manifold install I am going to send the two turbos out and have them freshened with billet wheels inside.More Power...More Power...Its so addicting.
