Washed and waxed it with Chemical Guys Vintage Butter Wet Wax, and dyed the bedrail caps black with Forever Black plastic trim dye.

I need to finally get around to detailing my truck. Never been done since I bought it besides a couple washes.

Put on my Bushwacker flares before my spacers came in. Doesn't look half bad, just kinda looks like a fat chick wearing baby shoes, lmao. Andddddd, thanks to DavidRam and Demon-HEMI I ordered me some chemical guys so waiting on that to come in since my paint is so easy to scratch.

Detailed the interior and dressed the tires. Kinda pointless on the tires as two are being replaced tomorrow, but looks good for now. Before Adams: ImageUploadedByTapatalk1426200866.620983.jpg

took it in to get the radio hub recall done.....they updated the radio and now actually have something other than the "clock" when pressing the +more button lol I get a thermometer AND clock...also added a compass feature on the screen between the speedo and tach....

5.0 radio with the standard express dash cluster....not much..but I like free "upgrades" lol

Glad to hear they actually fixed that on the radio. Purchased my truck almost a year ago and it never worked

Second day of decent weather so I installed my Weathertech mud flaps. I had read that the gap with the flaps made for flares was minimal. I plan on getting flares down the road so I went with those. It's a bigger gap then I expected and I'm not 100% happy, but it is what it is.

Also decided to play around with plasti dip. I bought 4 cans of anthracite gray to do my wheels. I didn't have enough time to start that project but did have time to do the badges. I think they turned out pretty good. Thoughts on the color on the truck? I plan on doing the wheels and Hemi badge next.

^ Looks like my front emblem. I used black plastidip with 3 coats of gray metalizer on the front and it looks very similar. 1 coat of metalizer and 3 coats of glossifier on my rear emblem. 2 coats of the metalizer would have put me really close to the finish of my max steel paint.

My radio started having some issues connecting with my phone then when trying to start the engine it would take an extra bump of the key ....received a recall notice on the radio hub module or something to that effect......when the reflashed it it "broke" the radio so they ordered me a new one.....then something wasn't done right as the compass function was not working so....took it in again...after three visits lol finally got it working but i guess i lost the text message feature (iphone 6+) i know it wont send out texts but it was reading them lol oh well

Installed the headlights I recently got, turns out a tab is broken. FML.

Plasti-dipped my wheels and the hemi badge. Wheels didn't turn out as good as I wanted. However this is my first experience painting anything other then yesterdays logos. Overall I'm happy with it and think the color looks good with the rest of the truck.

Last decision is remove the RAM badge or coat it to match the Hemi badge. Thoughts?
