I live in Massachusetts. I'm going to make one more attempt to fit the cover on before spending hundreds of dollars on the backing pieces and fasteners. The bolt holes line up on the cover I received, just seems that there is something in the way not allowing me to install. -

Hello, I have attached a diagnostic list which may help you with the issue. Essentially this could be as simply as a Camshaft position sensor defect or crankshaft sensor defect, or it could be an issue with the tone wheel/pulse ring going bad. I hope this helps. -

Tow mirror question
I have ordered mirrors from two separate vendors, and have not noticed discoloring. If you don't mind me asking where did you order the original towing mirrors from? I have used 1A Auto, and a Dodge Dealership through eBay for my 05 1500.
