I've been to the dealer twice for this and it still does it. I was w/o the truck for over two weeks between the two visits. I think it is software related as well. It will get better and worse over time. It is really odd. I'm at 11,000 miles and it seems to be going back to the worse side...
Dealer just called and said the truck is ready. They didn't replace any parts. They said it was low on transmission fluid??? Said it came from the factory like that because there were no leaks. WTF? Quality control?
That is a sealed system, so how do they know it is low on fluid??? There is...
My truck is on day 4 in the shop tomorrow for the 2nd time around. The first time they kept it for 4 days and flashed it but it didn't resolve the problem. Today they called me and said they think they are going to replace the torque converter but won't know for sure until tomorrow....

Got the truck back and they updated with a new flash but it still doing the same thing... they did not do the transmission re-learn procedure, though. anyone think that would help?
Its been 4 days and the dealer said Chrysler sent them a new flash last night. It is supposed to be ready today. Hopefully, that will fix the issue. We will see after I pick it up.
That is exactly what mine was doing. Dropped it off at the dealer on Monday. Just talked to them and they have a call in to Chrysler for direction. They can feel the clunk but can't figure out what is causing it. I'll update when I know more.
I agree that all cars/trucks are eventually going to have problems, but my Truck only has 5000 miles on it and wasn't doing the clunk when I drove off of the lot. It is definitely not normal and I shouldn't have to chalk it up to "all cars/trucks have problems". Mine does it intermittently...
Did anyone get the TSB# for these issues? My 14 Lonestar 8 speed is doing the same lurch right before coming to a stop and also right before hitting the gas from a stop.
I haven't decided yet. I think it will work, but I am leaning towards a spindle lift. I want to drive this truck for a long time and am afraid the spacer might affect other angles and cause premature wear. Thoughts?
Is the top of your shock (the stud) hitting the 2" spacer? This is from another post in the lifted section and that is what was causing a popping sound after he installed the Zone UCA 2" kit. Scroll down in the link below and you can see pics...
