This is still a dealer issue, not an FCA corporate one, but since dealers are the face of the company to us owners, it spoils the whole bushel. Sorry to hear about the crap the dealer has done to you.- WarrenRam

Shock Recommendations 2002 1500 4x4 Please
I use Gabriel Ultra's on my street vehicles because new shocks are better than old shocks, basically. The DMV takes what's written and doesn't verify the actual odometer. It could be simply a typo. Regarding the picture, it's possible the pic is older, like they tried to sell it previously and just relisted it with an old pic. Problems and Problems...
Sounds to me like the problem never was FCA. It was (as usual) the dealer and their handling of the warranty active date and representation of same. Glad it was taken care of by FCA; shame this is yet another dealer cautionary tale.- WarrenRam

What DON'T you like about your RAM?
My brother loves the knob shifter on his. He gets in and flicks that knob like a boss; says he thinks it's the coolest thing ever. I still don't think I would like it. What I don't like is that someone else has been driving my Buford since 2014 when I sold it.- WarrenRam

I don't see why you couldn't contact the lien holder yourself to get confirmation and a letter, unless there are privacy laws or something. In Missouri, as long as you have a letter from the lien holder stating that the lien is gone, you're good to go.- WarrenRam

How many miles are on your 4th Gen?
If I would replace the bad solenoid, I'd surely replace all four at the same time since it's a real PIA job (especially on a Durango with half the engine behind the firewall). For that cost and effort, a tuner would be a great value for me. What's the best, cheapest one that would do the trick...- WarrenRam
