Do power mirror controls light up?

Just bought a flame red 2018 Sport and love the truck. Had a F150 and not even close on comfort. Love the interior but have noticed the controls for adjusting the mirrors and folding them in do not light at night. Would love if someone could tell me if this is the norm. New to the forum and appreciate the help.

On my 14 R/T they light up when I push the button for either left or right mirror. You do not need it because after a couple of times you can adjust w/o looking.

It’s odd, but no they are not illuminated.

2017 1500 big horn. Like red rt said. Not lit until button is pushed. I do it by braille, comes easy after a while
