Well, after a year, my freaking replacement instrument cluster is now flickering too!! I do not have my dimmer turned down at all. It's on the setting where it goes bright and dim if the lights are on or off. I'm really getting sick of all of the problems between the 2014 Sport I had and this 2016 Rebel. Below is a video I took this morning with only 14k on the odometer.

Hopefully Ramcares (Andrea) will help me out like she did last year with this problem.

Yep about right mine does it. 1st time it happened to me was right after I bought it with about 5000 miles on it. Called the dealer and they acted like they never heard of the issue. I haven't done anything because there is nothing that can be done for now and would be a waist of time. 2016 2500 big horn

I did that day. I drove it straight to dealer on my way to work and was waiting for them to open thier doors at 7:30am. I left the truck running and brought a service advisor out so he could see it with his own eyes....none of this "cannot duplicate the issue" garbage. It doesn't seem to do it most days but once is more than enough because, as you can see in the video, it's extremely distracting to my driving. The service advisor said that they would need to do some diagnostic tests. How can that happen if it's not flickering when running the tests??...I need the truck to get to work! The last time this happen I was dealing with Andrea (Ramcares) and she made sure I had a rental....is she still here? Also, the last time my whole instrument cluster was replaced. While the dealer did that they cut my dash, which ended up being a whole other mess....see link below.

Did you try turning the dimmer down to see if that could be the issue? Perhaps it is somehow catching between "on" and "dimmer". Hard to believe 2 clusters doing the same thing, something else needs to be the cause.

I had this happen on my 13. Dealer thought the dimmer was bad but ended up replacing the cluster. After that it never showed the Eco light again plus it started flickering again after the warranty of course and they didn't care, it was my problem then.

I thought there was a PCM update that was coming down the pipe to address this???

I recently had an issue with my cluster as well which was replaced a year prior to me having the issue, my warranty was expired but I called the dealer and they said the cluster comes with a 2 year warranty from Mopar starting when it was replaced. So if your having an issue with the current cluster and its still within the 2 year period you should be covered for another one.

Now is the time to go back because they will miraculously have the fix for it, for which they can now CHARGE you.

This happened way before I ever heard about this issue on a public forum. This was on my '13 and was replaced within the first year. I traded the truck since and sure hope I don't have the same issue on my '17
