I have 2016 5.7 1500. today the ABS, both traction control lights lit up and the display read wrong key fob. Turned and nothing happened, similar to a dead battery. Jumped the SOB, the when the key worked and the lights went came on. went to reverse and seemed the RPMs were high. Put it in drive and limp mode. IDK WTheck is going on. Battery meter reads 14Volts. any ideas?

The battery may still be low and not charged up. The battery gauge is showing the alternator output, and not really the battery voltage. I would let it charge up and see if the warnings go away.

I agree with the others. Let the battery charge and if you're still having problems have it tested and potentially replaced.

A totally dead battery can take a whole day to charge depending on what charge setting you have your charger set to. Best not to charge it over 10A. Driving it around is going to take a long time to fully charge up. Once you get it charged, probably wouldn't hurt to swing by a place that sells batteries and ask for a free "Load Test".

Also make sure your battery terminals and cable ends are clean.

If it still acts flaky after whatever you do, and battery tests good, I might unhook one of the battery cable ends and leave it unhooked overnight. See if resetting the computer makes any difference.

Ok...those are simple things, you probably know all that stuff already...but just in case, tossing them out there.
