When you reach your hand through the wheel well panel make sure that the back tab of the headlight is seated in the hole correctly and slide the tab up to lock into place.
I know i have had a few issues with mine when i havent seated them correctly into the tab hole.
Took me and one friend about 8 hours but we got it installed. Everything went very easy. No rubbing and no issues when driving. Now just to get a wheel alignment done and it will be set.
Next will be 1.5" wheel spacers and fenders flares.

You could always buy the Plastic Dip, if you go to there website you can buy a full car kit. About 4 gallons to do the truck i'd say. I did a car and it turned out great and super easy to do. And hey if you don't like it you just peel it off.
When i purchased the truck from Dodge i had them include the grill in the deal so i am unsure of where they ordered it from, if i find out i will let you know.
