    so I finally got my new intake I put it in truck fires right up runs for about 3 mins and then stalls right back to red lightning bolt and will only start and run while on the gas

    Also 3 of the fuel injector holes were melted the injectors seated but if you flip the intake over you can see outside lol

    I didn't think of it till I spent a month fighting with it lol last ditch effort got lucky.

    ok I found the issue my intake is melted from all the back firing I guess but the inside of the tunnels are filled with melted plastic a new one is on the way

    my old battery was shot so needed one anyways but still nothing the old one under load test ony held 9.3 volts and when load was removed only came back to 10.8 volts

    well I changed the battery this morning another 200 bucks and stiil etc light is on and no idle. I have never been beat by an engine but I think this hemi has done it spent a fortune and it sits in the garage mocking me frustration level is past max at this point. Thanks for all the help so far...

    anybody want to buy a ram I am now 2200 in to this motor and nothing new throttle body still no change this thing has been tested sideways with no result have had 2 different mechanics look at it and still nothing. I did notice that my battery is dead had to charge it don't know what that means...

    yes I have checked all the pins all the wiring after this tb swap I am out of ideas lol thank you guys for all your help I will let you know what happens

    mine doesn't close briefly it slams shut you can hear it and see it then as you crank it flaps rapidly from closed to about 1/3rd open if you start it with you foot on the gas and then let off the pedal it slams shut if you stay on the gas it flutters really fast

    so I went out bought a new torque wrench retorqued the rockers shafts. Motor sounds way better still won't idle

    ok here goes again I just pulled both valve covers all pushrods are in place rolled it over everything is moving fine. first question I torqued my rockers to 23 ft lbs can they be to tight? it calls for 105 in lbs #2 is there a way to test the tb is there something I am missing? thanks again...

    ok left the neg cable unplugged over night tried reset procedure still won't run unless my foot is on the gas lightning bolt still on

    oops lol I don't think I got it on the electronics but you never know. I also notice when it stalls its smoking out the tb

    just did that today at 2000 rpm runs smooth until you let off the gas I am thinking maybe putting the old rocker shafts on

    yes i cleaned it and I know now when I did my injectors I did not realize there was a procedure to drain the rails so idk what is wrong now lol

    lol yes I am very aware I swapped it with the intake rod next to it if I am right the exhaust are 7.825 the intake are 6.600. no offence take at all thanks for your help again
