The red lightning bolt means there is a problem with the throttle body. Did you clean it when you had it off? There also might be a procedure to reset it after you have disconnected it.

I would check the cylinder compression, you might have one or more push rods out of place.

So it will run but only if you have your foot on the gas pedal? Are you getting any codes? What did you clean the throttle body with?

That could be the problem. If you use anything but non-chlorinated brake cleaner and get it on the electronics the the TB might be toast. There are also a couple of procedures posted that tell you how to recalibrate the TB but I'm not sure which one is correct or if it needs recalibrating at all.

The APPS recalibration is simple enough. After reconnecting the battery, the first time you go to start the engine. Turn the ignition key to the on position without starting the engine and without touching the accelerator pedal. Wait 10 seconds for the PCM to read the APPS value. Turn off the ignition, then start normal.

If the throttle body has been changed, cleaned, or reinstalled, the following
procedure must be performed:

a. Disconnect negative battery cable from battery.
Leave cable disconnected for approximately 90
seconds.

b. Reconnect cable to battery.

c. Turn ignition switch ON, but do not crank
engine.

d. Leave ignition switch ON for a minimum of 10
seconds. This will allow PCM to learn throttle
body electrical parameters.

105 in lbs. divided by 12 = 8.75 ft. lbs. so @23 ft. lbs. I would say yes you have a problem. The valves can't fully close. I would redo the valve torque asap.

I sure thought the valve issue would have fixed your idle problem. Maybe someone else on this forum can get it sorted out for you.:uhoh2:
