    Magnaflow Low Speed Drone

    Just had a MF muffler 12278 installed and the drone is way too loud. It happens between 1500-2000 rpm in every gear (8 speed). And i'm considering reinstalling the stock muffler after just 2 days. Does this sound disappear after the muffler is broken in or get worse?? Thanks

    Thanks for all the replies! I went with the MF 18" 12278. Sounds good from outside but in the truck the drone is EXCESSIVE. So much that I am considering putting the stock muffler back on :(

    I'm torn between a magnaflow 14 or 18. im just afraid the 18 won't be much louder then stock and making me wish I went for the 14. But I'm afraid the 14 will have bad drone. Any suggestions?

    Thank for all the info! Its good to hear that its not only my 8 speed doing this. Yes it happens when coming to a complete stop. It never used to happen when the truck was new, but now happens fairly often. Its very annoying. Hopefully the dealer can figure it out. I will let you all know...

    Hey I have a 2014 sport with 3500 miles on it. Over the last month I noticed when my truck is going from second to first it makes a jerky shift. Has anyone else experienced this problem? I am going to call the dealer tomorrow because it seems to be getting worse.

    I'm looking at getting these mirrors from a 2012 2500 painted and installed on my 2014 1500 black sport. I just want to make sure that the mirrors below are the same style and size as the painted mirrors that come with the 2014 sports? And will they be plug and play? Thanks!!

    Hey guys I got the front windows tinted 20% today. Honestly they look a tad darker from the outside in some lighting and from the inside its definitely darker then my back windows. Anyone else have this issue? Thanks :)

    Would I have to flash the codes if the truck does not have power folding and I install the power mirrors but do not use that feature? Sorry I don't know anything about this stuff haha
