    this is on the passenger side just below the dash panel. Mine is cracked but i dont see this part offered anywhere. See pic below. Its the plastic piece just below the dash on the passenger’s side. Anyone know where i can get it? 2001 2500.

    Winch bumber recommendations?

    Have a 2001 2500 and I’d like to add a winch bumper and winch. I dont want to spend $2k on a Ranchhand-style bumper. I want it to look good of course but i dont have to have that kind of money in a bumper. Any thoughts on a good basic winch bumper? Winch?

    I didn't try that but it does seem to smooth out if I let off the accelerator. I guess that would be sort of the same. At first I thought it was a bad tire since the tires are brand new, but that told me it wasn't a tire. When the engine is "pulling" the vibration is bad.

    I have a 2001 2500 and just installed a 5" lift and 37" Toyos. At slower speeds everything seems to be ok, but when I get up to about 65mph and over, I get a bad vibration which reverberates through the cab. I'm assuming this is a driveshaft issue with the change in driveline angles? Thoughts? Cure?

    Spacers w a 5" lift?

    I have a '99 2500. Running 17" aluminum wheels off of a 03-12 2500 and 37x12.5's. Also running a 5" lift. I'd like to have a little wider stance in the rear. Would there be an issue with running wheel spacers in the rear to add a little width?

    Aftermarket seats

    The other issues with these seats is that they are terribly uncomfortable. I can honestly say that the seats in this '99 2500 are the most uncomfortable seats of any vehicles I've ever owned. I love the truck, body style, Cummins, etc, but these seats are awful.

    How do you determine towing capacity?

    I thought towing capacity had something to do with Gross Vehicle Weight Rating?? or something like that. Isn't this the max weight the truck can handle including truck and trailer? It seems like you could max the payload (hauling capacity) of the truck and still have available towing capacity.
