    Tuner. Easy. Leather is not going to have a huge impact on resale, tuner will have a huge impact on how much you enjoy the truck while you have it.

    my 2008 does the same, sometimes they will stay on for weeks at a time, and whenevery they are on, they cruise control doesn't work.... also, after about a month of that happening, i lost all inside lighting... overhead, gauge all of it except the odometer, gear select, and clock on the radio...
