Design Flaw... Blood tears on my tailgate

Sunroof Grease on Interior Roof
My damn kids... 200 miles on the truck and they were standing out of the sunroof, one of them puts their hand on the sunroof rails, then proceeds to get it all over the interior roof, sun visors etc... how do i remove it???? i've tried soap but that didn't work. any ideas? -
